This exceptional site now safeguards the last strench of Belgian First World War trenches, For four endless years thousands of soldiers fought there a terrible war of attrition and often made the ultimate sacrifice in order to defend our liberty. Visit the museum illustrating the battle, the life, the suffering and the death of the soldiers, as well as the panorama gallery and the trenches ending 100 meters from a German bunker.
